2. Order
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail. Your order is only binding once we have confirmed it.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT.
Payment can be made with the following methods: Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Viabill.
4. Delivery
We offer delivery to the whole of Denmark with a delivery time of 1-3 working days.
The delivery price depends on the order size and is specified at checkout.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for products purchased online.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to hair treatments or specially made products.

6. Right of complaint
You have 24 months' right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. This applies to errors or defects in the product.
